Most Diets Don’t Work!


 We’ve all been there and done that...yes? 


And our bodies have suffered because of it.  


In the past few decades, the average North Amercian diet has gradually become increasingly less healthy while our lifestyles have become more sedentary. And it’s getting worse by the day.


And that described us for sure!


We had tried a variety of different diets; read just as  many different new, diet books...but nothing seemed to work for us. In all fairness though, I’m not sure we worked at the diets that hard either. 


Behind our failures was a self fulfilling belief that we could never really lose the weight anyway, so why try again. We honestly didn't believe anything could work for us until one fateful day, we met our long time friends for breakfast whom we hadn't seen for several months.


When we saw Sue (not her real name), she was slim and trim. She looked great. In fact, Cyndy's first words were "Where did you go?" 


Well, that got our attention and as they say, the rest is history. In just a few days, we were using this Protein protocol and within the first 8 weeks, my wife and I  together, had lost 57 lbs and 46 inches of fat combined.
